LGA consists of the design-build team of Chris and Natalie Langdon. They are friendly, professional, experts in their respective fields and a true pleasure to have worked with. Natalie uses CAD for her design work and is able to generate revisions very quickly. She has a good eye for detail and has excellent design suggestions. Chris is one of the most conscientious contractors I have ever worked with. Additionally, he has solid relationships with a team of subcontractors and he holds them to a high standard. We were very fortunate to have met them and have them manage a whole house remodel. Meticulous in their work, our remodel turned out spectacular. I would not hesitate to use them again and look forward to maintaining our friendship built over the 8 month process. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Natalie and Chris from start to finish could not have been better. From pre-planning to the estimates through construction to completion phases the process was great. Chris and Natalie helped bring our guest bathroom into the modern age. Natalie's natural design sense and thorough layouts was extremely helpful in narrowing down our thoughts on the remodel. She was also very helpful and patient when we needed to revisit the plans to help accommodate ADA specifications. Chris's work is impeccable and he was very hands-on, with great communication throughout construction. Both are very friendly and not only professional but deeply care about the quality of their work. We couldn't be happier.

LGA has completed 3 projects for us. Each project came in on time and within budget. Natalie listened to our needs and wants, offered up valuable suggestions and provided a master suite design that other design build contractors told us was impossible. Chris' workmanship is second to none. He has an excellent eye for detail. My experience in the commercial construction industry has taught me where to look for poor workmanship and shortcuts and I would never work with a contractor who is not qualified to work at a high level. When we bought our house a few years ago, it was dark, dull and "hovel-like" but had good bones and space. LGA, Inc. totally transformed it into an exceptionally beautiful home, exceeding even our wildest dreams. When people see it for the first time, their jaws drop. Our home is now at the center of our lives - a joy for all who share in its exciting structure, light, warmth and beauty.

We selected Chris and Natalie Langdon to build our home in Orinda, in 1999. Chris oversaw the entire process from installation of 200+ piers (hillside lot), subcontractor quality control, scheduling as well as performing top quality carpentry. Although Natalie was not involved in the original architectural drawings, she was instrumental in correcting a number of design flaws to ensure the living areas flowed cohesively. Natalie alleviated our worry and the time consuming process of interior selections by understanding the look and feel we wanted throughout the house and providing selections to meet our criteria. The completed project exceeded our expectations! Since, the completion of our home, we hired LGA, Inc to design and build our wine cellar, pool table and poker rooms and recently remodel of our master suite and built and an outdoor kitchen. Each project is unique, beautifully designed and the highest quality craftsmanship.

I had to replace a vandalized front door on my property and reached out to LGA, Inc. as they had done a wonderful job on our kitchen remodel two years ago. After discussing the issue with Natalie, Chris came over the next day to get some measurements. Natalie then worked with my wife and I to get the right style / type while also trying to help us save money. Shortly after choosing the door and stain, Natalie provided a very reasonable quote, which we approved right away. Within 3 days Chris got in touch to say the door was ready and that he could begin the installation in a day or two. Chris was extremely courteous and took the time to send text message updates /pictures. The final result was fantastic and we would highly recommend LGA, Inc. to any other homeowners looking to remodel.

The general comment is that Sandy and I remain extremely impressed with the work that you and Chris do. You are both delightful people to work with and both absolute professionals. I have done enough amateur construction work myself to appreciate the quality of what Chris and his subs do. We will benefit from your expertise for the rest of our active lives I suspect.
